The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the customer satisfaction, the customer commitment and the customer trust to the customer loyalty of the Blackberry handphone in Semarang Celular Trade Center (SCTC) Matahari Plaza Simpang Lima Semarang. This research uses primary data which were collected by questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed by multiple regression method. The validity test, the reliability test and the classical assumptions test have been fulfilled so the analyses can be continued .The research find that partially the customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect to the customer loyalty of Blackberry handphone. It was also found that partially the customer trust has a positive and significant effect to the customer loyalty of Blackberry handphone. Then partially the customer commitment has a positive and significant effect to the customer loyalty of Blackberry handphone.to loyalties. This model is good because the Adjusted R Square more over than 54,6 %. Beside that the model is good because simultaneous the independent variables have a significant effect to to the customer loyalty of Blackberry handphone.
