Abstract

Legislation written rules containing a binding legal norms in general and established or designated by the state agency or official authorized through the procedures set out in the legislation. Currently the document is documented in Indonesian without formatting and specific rules. XML format into a format suitable as a document standard laws of the State because XML is a standard document that can separate the writing of the structure and content of the document. Currently emerging virtual world of social media, the media including facebook, twitter, path, instagram, and laiinnya. Social media can be accessed using computers, laptops and gadgets too. Memugkinkan so that users of these services to get information anytime, anywhere in an easy way. The purpose of this research is to develop Legislation Information Services to support the information services through twitter Act. This service was developed with the Java programming language with Netbeans editor, SQL Server 2008 R2 database and social media twitter. With a view to overcome the problems associated with information services to users with less knowledge. From the test results of the acquisition system is performed to get the relevant documents, which reached 87.5%.
