Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of discipline and motivation in dealing with the teachers’ perform by the moderation of work environment. The population of this research is state teachers in state Vocational High School in Rembang District, Rembang Regency, as amount 135 persons. Target of this Research [is] test and analyse influence of discipline to teacher performance, influence motivate to teacher performance, environmental influence work to performance teacher, whether/what environment work memoderasi of influence of discipline to performance teacher, what environment work memoderasi of influence motivate to performance teacher SMK of Country of Kecamatan Rembang. The datas which are coltectted using questioner, after that the datas is processed using SPSS 19. The result shows the discipline has positive influence and significant to teacher perform. As higher the teachers’ discipline, then higher the perform either. Motivation has negative influence and significant to teacher perform. The work environment doesn’t influent to teacher’s perform. The teachers’ perform moderates the influences of teachers’ perform motivation. Keyword: Discipline, Motivation, Work Environment, Perform.
