Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze: (1). the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance, (2) the influence of personality openness to experience the performance of teachers; (3) the influence of rganizational culture on teacher performance; (4) the role of Organizational Culture Organizational Commitment moderating influence on teacher performance; (5) the role of moderating the influence of Organizational Culture Personality Openness to Experience on the Performance of Elementary School Teachers in Karanganyar, Pekalongan. This research is a field research (field) research, using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were elementary school teachers were civil servants in Karanganyar totaling 203 people. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique, some 134 teachers. , The statistical analysis used are validity, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test the feasibility of the model and hypothesis testing. The results showed that; (1) Organizational Commitment significant and positive impact on teacher performance; (2) Personality Openness to Experience does not affect the performance of teachers; (3) Organizational Culture significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (4) does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on Teacher Performance Organizational Commitment; (5) Organizational Culture does not strengthen / weaken the influence of Personality Openness to Experience the Teacher Performance.
