Abstract

In this study aims to determine the effect of stress on the job through the Job Satisfaction Organizational Commitment and Motivation at the Cooperatives and SME’s Office OfCentral Java province. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling method and carried out on staff at the Department of Cooperatives in Central Java. Engineering test data used in this.study.include.validity,reliability,.multiple..regression.analysis,.t.test..and..mediation..to..test..and. .prove..the..hypotheses. From the analysis and discussion shows that motivation influence positively and significantly related to organizational commitment, stress of work a significant negative effect on organizational commitment, direct effect of motivation on satisfaction is positive but not significant, stress job to job satisfaction shows that work stress have a negative impact and significant to the variable job satisfaction.and.organizational.commitment.to.job.satisfaction..has..a.positive.influence..and..not..sig nificant.
