Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Leader Member excahnge (LMX), Quality Of Work Life (QWL) and Komuniksai on Employee Performance Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Central Java province. Knowing a mediating role in the influence Job Satisfaction Leader Member excahnge (LMX), Quality Of Work Life (QWL) and Communication on Performance. This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Central Java province in 2016 with a sample of 144 respondents drawn from a total sampling technique. In this study include Validity testing techniques by using factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis and significance test and coefficient determination. The results of this study prove that Leader Member Exchange (LMX) proved positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Quality Of Work Life (QWL) positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) proved positive influence on employee performance. Quality Of Work Life (QWL) positive effect on the performance of the employment. Communications positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.Communications positive and significant impact on performance. Job Satisfaction employees positive influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not provide the mediating effect is more effective if there is a direct influence of variables Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not provide the mediating effect is more effective if there is a direct influence of variables Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on employee performance.
