Abstract

This research aims to (1) examine and analyze the the influence of motivation on the performance of teachers in the State High School teacher Pemalang Regency East Region; (2) test and analyze the effect of agreeableness on teacher performance at the State High School teacher Pemalang Regency East Region; (3) test and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of teachers in the State High School teacher Pemalang Regency East Region; (4) To examine and analyze the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of motivation on teacher performance; (5) To examine and analyze the role of organizational culture agreeableness moderating influence on teacher performance. The population in this study were teachers SMA Pemalang Regency East Region totaling 105 people. All members of the population used all as research samples. The research data is data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. If the data from respondents using SPSS version 21. Technical testing analysis using multiple linear regression analysis model, test description of the respondents, test variables description, validity, reliability, normality test, heteroskesdastisitas, f test, r2 test, hypothesis testing using t and moderate test. The results showed that; (1) Motivation does not affect the performance of teachers; (2) Agreeableness affect the performance of teachers; (3) organizational culture effect on teacher performance, (4) organizational culture does not moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance; (5) organizational culture does not moderate agreeableness influence on teacher performance.
