Abstract

The research objective to be achieved to analyze the effect of psychological capital and employee involvement to job satisfaction in BP3AKB Central Java province. To analyze the effect of psychological capital, employee engagement and job satisfaction to employee performance in BP3AKB influence of Central Java province. To analyze the effect of psychological capital and employee engagement to employee performance, mediated by Job Satisfaction in Central Java province BP3AKB The population in this study were employees (PNS and Non PNS) on Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Central Java province some 82 people. The sampling method using the method of taking the entire population census there is to be a sample of 82 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based analyst who conducted the study concluded that psychological capital and employee engagement and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Capital psychology, employee engagement and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of psychological capital and employee engagement to employee performance.
