Abstract
This study examined the effect of capital structure (Equrg to Total Assets
Ratio - ETAR) on ROA and EPS, and its impact on the stock price. The study was
conducted at the lndonesian Stock Exchange with a population oib*ting companies
listed onthe Stock Exchange. Researchpirioa d*;dthe 3-year, ie 20i9 to 2011.
The sampling method using purposive sampling, with specific criteria tailored to the
needs ofresearchers.
The results showed that ETAR significant positive effect on the level of less
than I percent to the ROA, but had no effect on pfs. while RoA negative effect on the
significance level of less than 10 percent to the stock price and Eps significantly positive
effect on the level of less than 1 percent.
