Abstract

This thesis entitled The English Language Used in Writing Purchase Order : Business Correspondence Perspective , it is intended to answer the problem what English language are used in writing Purchase Order. The reasons for the writer to analyze is to find out the English language used in writing Purchase Order. This study uses qualitative study to analyze the data. To facilitate the process of analysis, the methods in this study are divided into two parts. They are method of data collection by having library study, from the documentation for collecting the data and method of data analysis. The writer concluded that English Language Used in Writing Purchase Order : Business Correspondence Perspective is classified into four classes, such as : Opening, the English language are used to tell the senders are ordering; Focus, the English language are used to tell when the sender need the item; Action, the English language are used to tell how the sender will pay for the item; Closing, the English language are used to ask to call the contact person if it is necessary
