Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, websites have become an important communication tool for organizations and government entities, including the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI). Website quality has a significant role in ensuring the effectiveness and success of organizations, including KONI Semarang City, in achieving their goals. This research aims to identify factors that influence user satisfaction with the Semarang City KONI website using the WebQual 4.0 method. Using the questionnaire method, 65 respondents obtained User Satisfaction of 4.00 and Information Quality of 4.01, which means that users agree that they are satisfied with KONI Semarang City web services and the quality on the web is quite good. However, the results of Interaction Quality 3.97 and Usability 3.90 mean that the quality of web user interaction and web usability are still felt by users to be lacking. This research proposes that a high-quality website not only improves an organization's internal efficiency, but also influences perceptions of people's professionalism and organizational commitment to sport.
