Abstract

Gamello coffee shop merupakan salah satu kafe yang berada di kawasan perkotaan. Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan oprasional manajemen persediaan, penelitian ini betujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pengelolaan stok bahan berbasis web yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Gamello. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah just in time (JIT) dengan fokus kepada analisa kebuthan, majemen resiko, kolaborasi dengan pemasok, sistem informasi yang terintegritas dan implementasi fitur-fitur yang dapat menigkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok bahan, dimana pada kasus gamello coffee yang mengalami kesulitan pada proses penglolaan bahan baku di gudang sering kali restock tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diperlukan serta pencatatan yang dilakukan secara manual membuat data yang ada sering terjadi tidak sama dengan bahan yang ada. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur, pemantauan stok bahan, pencatatan transasaksi manajemen persediaan bahan, peringatan ketika stok mencapai limit, dan pemesanan ketika stok sudah mencapai limit secara otomatis. Hasil evaluasi awal menunjukan bahwa sistem meberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi Gamello coffee. Pemilik dan admin Gudang melaporkan penignkatan dalam efisensi pengelolaan stok, penurunan biaya, dan peningkatan ketersediaan produk. Dalam kesimpulannya rancang bangun sistem informasi gudan Gamello berbasis web telah membawa dampak yang positif bagi operasional kafe. Studi ini juga menyoroti potensi sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai alat yang efektif dalam mendukung manajemen persediaan untuk usaha kecil dan menengah disektor kuliner. Gamello coffee shop is one of the cafes located in the urban area. In an effort to improve efficiency in the operational management of inventory management, this study aims to design and implement a web-based material stock management information system that is in accordance with Gamello's needs. The method to be used is just in time (JIT) with a focus on needs analysis, risk management, collaboration with suppliers, an integrated information system and the implementation of features that can improve the efficiency of material stock management, where in the case of gamello coffee which has difficulties in the process of managing raw materials in the warehouse often restock is not in accordance with the necessary needs and manual recording makes the existing data often occurs not the same as the existing material. The information system developed has features, monitoring material stock, recording material inventory management transactions, warning when stock reaches the limit, and ordering when stock has reached the limit automatically. The results of the initial evaluation show that the system provides significant benefits for Gamello coffee. Warehouse owners and admins reported improvements in stock management efficiency, cost reductions, and increased product availability. In conclusion, the design and construction of the web-based Gamello gudan information system has had a positive impact on the café's operations. The study also highlights the potential of web-based information systems as an effective tool in supporting inventory management for small and medium-sized businesses in the culinary sector.
