Abstract

The main objectives of this research is to create the brilliant program to help social organizations when they collect some fund. A brilliant program means that people want to contribute their money voluntarily. People want to give their money voluntary because the program is a arisan program (regular social gathering whose members contribute to and take turns at winning an aggregate sum of money) that used to collect fund, it all is savings and investment at once.
