Abstract
This research is purposed to analys the service quality of academic administration at
Economy and Business Faculty of Mercu Buana University. The sampling method is
convenience sampling of non probability sampling methods. Total of sample is 193
respondents and factor analysis is used to analys the data. There are some factors related
with the service quality: technical quality, functional quality and employee commitment.
