Abstract
Islamic values or spiritual values are the values that should be inculcated from the
beginning of the learners in an effort to instill a high sense of responsibility for the tasks they
receive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality. image of the
institutions with Islamic values as a moderating variable to the satisfaction of customers /
students. Service quality dimensions used in this study is the tangible dimension, responsiveness,
emphaty, reliability and assurance. Dimensions for the variable image of the institution is an
organization of society, organizations seem good, the service of both organizations, teaching
staff of the organization polite. While the dimensions to Islamic values are honesty, commitment,
discipline, creativity, and leadership. The research method used in this study is the method is to

use OLS (Ordinary Least Square) with helping SPSS software. The population in this study were
all elementary school students Muhammadiyah1 Jember. The number of respondents who used
the 40 sixth grade students with the sampling method is purposive sampling. The results of this
study is that the variable values of Islam is not a moderating variable that influences the quality
of service and image of the institution to customer satisfaction.
