Abstract
In order to compete in a flat world, it does not only rely on the capability of an
organization to manage its core competence or its distinctive competence, but the capability
of an organization to manage its supply chain management is also required. By managing
supply chain, it enables the organization to provide a quick service with a differentiated and
high quality product and followed by low cost production. To know the successful level of an
organization in terms of managing its supply chain, sequences of evaluation are needed and
those are by measuring the supply chain performance. This study analyzes the measurement
of supply chain performance at a small business. The result is expected to be able providing
useful feedbacks for organizational improvement.
