Abstract
Education quality improvement is an integration process with human resources
quality improvement. Education quality improvement that consist of human resources,
infrastructure, curriculum, learning method, etc are important necessity for institution to
compete with another educational institution. It is to be a duty for each institution to
maintain and increase their quality. This research use survey and descriptive method.
Operational Variables consist of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3),
Tangible (X4) and Emphaty (X5). We use Likert as scale of quetionaire. We use total
sampling as a sampling technique. Result from data processing show that communication
study programme get the worst mark with 65,83%. Final result for all of study programme is
67,62%. One item that must be concerned is managing student complain because in every
study programme just get mark with range 52% - 68%. The suggestion for institution are
solve the problem based on priority, so the using of resources more effective. Institution is
also suggested to control the quality periodically.
