Abstract
This research aims to develop a new theoretical approach in solving the difference of
research result between the effects of innovation orientation towards performance, to learn and
analyze the development the innovation of prosocial cultural transformation. The research was
conducted in the area of Pekalongan, Rembang, Sragen, Solo and Banjarnegara. It was based
on the cluster of the batik rank in Central Java Province. The sample size of the study was 200
owners/ leaders/ managers of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises. The result showed that
consumer orientation affect positively towards creative product development, supplier
orientation affects positively towards creative technique based on cost efficiency, employee
creativity affects positively towards responsibility to employees and the community. Afterwards,
creative product development affect positively towards organizational performance, creative
technique based on cost efficiency affect positively towards organizational performance,
responsibility to employees and the community affect positively towards organizational
performance. The limitation and implication for the future study and the managerial implication
are also discussed in this study.
