Abstract
This thesis is about “Error Analysis of Guest’s Comments about Crowne Plaza Hotel Semarang, As Conveyed at TripAdvisor.com”. The aims of this thesis are to find the errors and dominant errors made by the guests when they write down their comments in TripAdvisor.com. The data of this thesis were taken from guests‟ comments of Crowne Plaza Hotel Semarang in TripAdvisor.com as the objects of investigation. It was assumed that the guests made mistakes when they wrote down their comments in that websites. The most dominant errors is their spelling skills, it shows on the percentage that achieve 32.1. In the second position is sentence error achieves 21.4%, past tense error achieve17.8%, choice of word error has 14.2%, plural error achieve 10.7%, and the last is preposition error that achieve 3.5%. The guests need more practices to develop their own knowledge and skill to write down their comments though in informal sites.
