Abstract

This article wrote about Spiritual leadership that can be used as alternative models to solved the crisis of confidence in leaders who swept the country. Recently, local leader 524,173 involved corruption, 70% guilty and go to jail. Spiritual leadership different types of transactional and transformational leadership. This difference such as: the nature of leadership, leadership functions, the ethos of leadership, influencing,leadership targets. Spiritual leadership is essentially leadership on the basis of piety, leadership in the spirit of holy war and the leadership of the totality. Spiritual leadership that has evolved from of personal spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence (SQ) were able to make a complete human beings as intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. Another notion of spiritual intelligence is the ability to give meaning to every service and activity behaviors through the steps and ideas that are given, to the whole human beings and integrative patterns of thought 2 and principled cause Allah. Spiritual intelligence as forming the character of spiritual leadership can be trained through: training and also multiply gratefully accepts all existing fortune. A spiritual leader who has the intelligence he can influence the direction of a better, responsible for acting on conscience and divine blessings.
