Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Discipline and Motivation Mediated Effects of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PGRI University of Semarang. In this study population of all employees, the University of PGRI Semarang as many as 100 people as respondents to the survey technique. The results of the study as follows: Motivation effect positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, Discipline positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, motivation does not affect the performance, Discipline positive and significant impact on performance, job satisfaction positively and significantly terhadapkinerja, job satisfaction mediates the influence of motivation on performance and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of discipline performance.
