Abstract
This study aims at analyzing the effect of Transformation Leadership and Career Development on Organizational Commitment Mediated by the Job Satisfaction In Vocational High School under the Texmaco Foundation of Science and Technology Development Center. In this study the population is all Texmaco vocational high school teachers under the Texmaco Foundation of Science and Technology Development Center,while the sample used in this study is 128 people as the respondents with a sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be summarized as follows: Transformation Leadership has no effect on Job Satisfaction,Career Development has positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction,Transformation Leadership has no effect on Organization Commitment,Career Development also has no effect to Organization Commitment,Job Satisfaction has positive and significant impact on Organization Commitment and it mediates the effect of Career Development to Organization Commitment and Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Transformation Leadership to Organization Commitment.
