Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of LPMP employees, especially the public servants, is not optimum because they tend to only do formal task. This is a case study influence the whole performance. The purposes of the study are to identify the influence of competency,and psychological capital on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The moderating variable of this study is resistance to change. Employing population technique, 135 public servants of LPMP are involved in the study. The instrument is examined through factor analysis, i.e. validity and reliability tests. To analyze the data the multiple linear regressions is used by employing determination coefficient model and F-test, and also conducting t-test to examine the hypothesis. The analysis reveals the following results: competency has positive and significant influence towards OCB. Psychological Capital has positive and significant effect on OCB. Resistance to change does not moderate the influence competency on OCB, resistance to change does not moderate the effect of Psychological Capital on OCB, The most dominant variable influencing OCB is Psychological Capital, while competency has less influence on OCB.
