Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze more deeply about the influence of the characteristics and capabilities of executing agencies and environmental conditions, communication, organizational resources, attitudes and shape policy implementers bureaucratic structure of the implementation of ADD. The information presented in this study is expected to provide additional benefits for the development of local financial management science is primarily concerned with the management of village finances. As the material to obtain information related to decision-making for the District Government District Government Boja Kendal especially in managing ADD in its territory. This research was conducted on Government elements, the element of the Institute of Society, Community Leaders elements as many as 183 people using the study population. Statistical analysis is used to test the validity, reliability test, test for normality, classic assumption test, test the feasibility of models and hypothesis testing.
