Abstract
This research is search, act the leadership of transformational to moderate Professional Competence and Work Motivation to the Teacher’s Work at Elementary School territory Mintaragen of Tegal City. The purpose of this research is to test how act the leadership of transformational to moderate influence of Professional Competence and Work Motivation to the Teacher work at Elementary School territory Mintaragen of Tegal City. This research will do to the Teachers at Elementary School territory Mintaragen about 109 peoples. Statistic Technique is used validity test, reliability test, normality test, assumption classic test and suitable model test. The result of this research is showed professional Competence which negative influence and not significant to the teacher’s work, motivation is influence positive and significant to the teacher’s work, the leadership of transformational is influence positive and significant to the teacher’s work. The leadership of transformational to weak influence correlation between Professional Competence to the teacher’s work. The leadership of transformational to weak influence correlation between work motivation to the teacher’s work. Key words : Professional Competence, motivation
