Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of "The influence of professional competence and motivation on the Teacher’s Performance with Organizational Cultures as a moderated variable" In this study population of 207 people, whereas samples taken as many as 136 people as respondents purposive sampling method. Criteria UPT allElementary School Teachers in the Department of Education and Culture District of Talun. Measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Professional Competence positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Professional Competence good cause increased teacher performance, (ii) Work Motivation positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Working high motivation led to increased teacher performance, (iii) Organizational Culture has no effect on Teacher Performance. Organizational culture unpleasant causes decreased performance of teachers, (iv) Organizational culture Professional Competence moderating influence on Teacher Performance. The better the Organizational Culture causing increased teacher motivation. Consequently teacher performance also increases, (v) Organizational Culture Work Discipline does not moderate influence on Teacher Performance. The less conducive Organizational Culture encourages teachers have low motivation. So the teacher's performance is also decreased.
