Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Confidence and Discipline Work on the Performance of Primary School Teachers in UPT Department of Education and Culture District of Talun the Working Environment as a moderating variable. This study was conducted on 136 teachers by using purposive sampling. Statistical analysis is used to test the validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: confidence does not affect the performance of teachers, work discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, the working environment positive and significant impact on teacher performance, the work environment does not moderate the effect of confidence on teacher performance, and the work environment weaken the influence of labor discipline on teacher performance.
