Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the role of Transformational Leadership Moderating Effects of Self Efficacy and professional competence on the Performance of Primary School Teachers throughout Petungkriyono District of Pekalongan. population all primary school teachers in the district Petungkriyono PNS 169, whereas samples taken as many as 119 people with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study can be summarized Self Efficacy positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Professional Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Transformational Leadership has no effect on teacher performance, Transformational Leadership Self Efficacy moderating influence on teacher performance, dan Transformational Leadership does not moderate influence on the Performance of Teachers Professional Competence.
