Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of social competence and motivation on teacher performance modered by culture organizational moderation . In this study population on Teacher SD in the UPT Dindikbud Doro Regency Pekalongan as many 219 people. Size samples as many 142 people with used the random sampling proportional technique. Further, data collected was analyzed using regression equation by deployed SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. Results of the study as followssocial competence has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has do not significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture not moderation social competence effect on teacher performance and organizational culture not moderation motivation effect on taecher performance.
