Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of psicological capital, professional competence and transformational leadership to organizational commitment. The research population were teachers of vocational high school in Batang Regency. In this research used proportional random sampling. The size of sample by using was slovin formula. Data were collected by using questionnaire. The number of data which able to analize were 130 respondents. The technique of data analysis was moderator quasi model based on the interaction regressions. The results showed that (1) psicological capital has positive effect on organizational commitment, (2) professional competence has positive effect on organizational commitment, (3) transformational leadership has positive effect on organizational commitment, (4) transformational leadership did not moderating the influence of psicological capital on organizational commitment, (5) transformational leadership did not moderating the influence of professional competence on organizational commitment.
