Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of self-efficacy and professional competence of the teachers’ performance in Yunior High Schools in Margorejo and Gembong District, Pati Regency. The usefulness of this research is to explain and expand previous studies on the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of self-efficacy and professional competence of the teachers’ performance.The population in this study are all teachers in secondary schools in Margorejo and Gembong District, Pati Regency. The total population is 118 people. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire using a Likert scale, each of which has qualified the validity and reliability of the factor analysis and Alpha Cronbach. The analysis technique is the regression model of moderation quasi.The results showed that Self-efficacy impacts positively on teachers’ performance, Professional Competence effects positively on teachers’ performance, Organizational Culture effects positively on teachers’ performance, Organizational Culture doesn’t moderate self-efficacy on teachers’ performance, and Organizational Culture moderates the influence of professional competence on teachers’ performance.
