Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and professional competence on teacher performance with organizational culture moderated. The specific purpose of this study was to examine the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of emotional intelligence and professional competence of the teacher performance high schools in Pati. This research uses populations of State High School teacher in Pati City of Pati Regency as many as 166 teachers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression model with quasi moderation. The results showed that; emotional intelligence affect the performance of teachers, professional competence affect the performance of teachers, organizational culture affect the performance of teachers, organizational culture strengthen the influence of emotional intelligence on teachers' performance, organizational culture strengthen the influenze of professional competence on teacher's performance.
