Abstract

The specific work objectives of this research is to examine and analyze whether transformational leadership and supervision academic moderate the effect of paedagogic competence on teacher performance. The research population is vocational teacher Bojong sbditrict as many as 105 people. The research data is primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. This research method using exploratory study, using analytical validity, reliability, normality test, heteroskedasitas, coefficient determination test, test f (goodness of fit), t test (significance and hypothesis testing. Results showed that the paedagogic competence positive effect on teacher performance, supervision academic positive influence on techer performance, The tranformational leadership is not influence in the performance, supervision academic moderate ( weakened ) influence paedagogic competence on teacher performance and the tranformational leadership moderate ( weakened ) effect of paedagogic competence on teacherperformance.
