Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership in the sub-district teachers of Bojong. Methods used in this study is a population at a junior high school teacher Bojong sub-district with 106 respondents. The analysis technique used is the technique of analytical testing of multiple models with multiple lenier analysis,Validity , reliability test , Normality Test , Test Heteroskesdastisitas,R2 Test, Test F, hypothesis testing using t test, and test moderation. The results of this research are emotional intelligence has a positive impact on teacher performance, intrinsic motivation has positive effect on teacher performance, transformational leadership does not affect the performance of teachers, interaction factor emotional intelligence moderated transformational leadership does not affect the performance of teachers, intrinsic motivation moderated transformational leadership does not affect the teacher performance.
