Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of professional commitment and pedagogical competence of the teacher performance in State High School with moderation organizational culture. The specific purpose of this study is to examine the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of professional commitment and pedagogical competence of the teacher performance. The usefulness of this research is to explain and expand the previous studies on the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of professional commitment and pedagogical competence of the teacher's performance. This research uses populations of State High School teachers in District Pati, Pati Regency as many as 103 teachers. Sampling technique in this research is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of moderation quasi. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: professional commitment does not affect the performance of teachers, pedagogic influence on the performance of the teacher, organizational culture influence on the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not moderate the influence of professional commitment on teacher performance, organizational culture strengthens the influence of pedagogical competence on teacher’saa performance , Keywords: Professional commitment, organizational culture, pedagogical competence, and Teacher’s performance
