Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the role of Professional competence, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Culture to Performance and Moderating Organizational Culture the influence of Professional Competence and Organizational Commitment to Performance. Engineering test data used in this study include validity, reliability testing, normality test, heterokedasitisity test,regression analysis, t test and moderation. Data collected was tested for validity by factor analysis method and tested reliability with coefficient alpha (Cronbach Alpha). The test result Professional Competenc variabele, Organizational Comitment variabel, variable Performance variabel and Organizational Culture variables valid and reliable. The results of the analysis and discussion showed that the Professional Competence positive and significant impact on Performace, Organizational Comitment positive and significant impact on Performance, Organizational Culture positive and significant impact on Performance, Moderating Organizational culture the influence of Professional Competence negatif and significant impact on Performance and Moderating Organizational culture the influence of Organizational Comitment positive and significant impact on Performance.
