Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of job Characteristics and personality on performance and OCB support as mediator. The study conducted in education department of district Lembata, on December until January 2016. The research used quantitative explanation method, wit 111 respondents. The data was collected through a closed questionnaires with likert scale. The reliability and validity instrument had been tested using pearson product moment technic and cronbach alpha tehcnic. Regression analysis used to tested the hypotheses through computation technic IBM SPSS 21. The result of this study provide that job Characteristics practice had significant positive influence on OCB, Personality had significant positive on OCB support, job Characteristics practice had significant positive influence on performance, personality not significant on performance, OCB had significant positive influence on performance.
