Abstract
This reserach aims are to identify and analyze the role of supervision and transformational leadership principals style moderating motivation influences on the teachers’ performance in sub-district Sragi, Pekalongan. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this study are teachers who have state teachers status and teach in SMP subdistrict Sragi Pekalongan regency total of 112 people by taking all of the population. Analysis of research is descriptive and regression. Analysis techniqueuses multiple linear analysis model testing, validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, testing model, and testing hypotheses and test moderation. The results showed that; work motivation has significant and positive impact on the teachers’ performance, academic supervision has significant and positive impact on teachers’ performance, transformational leadership principals style has significant and positive impact on teachers’ performance, supervision does not moderate the effect of motivation on teachers’ performance, transformational leadership principals style does not moderate the influence of motivation on teachers’ performance.
