Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of Transformational Leadership Principal moderating influence of discipline and motivation to work on the performance of State Junior High School Teachers in Sragi District of PekalonganRegency. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative approach. In this study population is the State Teachers who teach in SMP Se-Sragi District of Pekalongan regency were 112 respondents. Mechanical analysis using multiple linear analysis model testing, Test Fit Model using F test (ANOVA), and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square). Moderation hypothesis testing and test using the t test. The results of this study are: (1) Discipline of work has positive effect on the performance of teachers, (2) work motivation no positive effect on the performance of teachers, (3) Transformational leadership is the principal positive effect on the performance of teachers, (4) Role of Transformational leadership is the Headmaster moderating influence on the performance of work discipline teacher, (5) Role of transformational Leadership Principal does not moderate the effect of work motivation on teacher performance Keywords: Work Discipline Teacher, Teacher Work Motivation, Leadership Transformational Principal and Teacher Performance
