Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of motivation and professional competence on teacher performance in SMK Batang moderated organizational culture.The population of this study about 192 and 130 respondents used purposive sampling method. This study made to examine the effect of motivation and professional compentence on teacher performance that moderated by the organization culture. Furthermore, this study was clarify and extend the older research about the effect of motivation and professional competence on teacher performance moderated by organization culture. This research used regression method with interaction quasi moderation. The result was motivation, professional competence, and organizational culture affect teacher performance. The influence of motivation and professional competence on teacher performance moderate organizational culture. The organizational culture awaken the influence of the motivation and professional competence with teacher performance.
