Abstract
This study researchers Effect Personal Awareness and Subjective Satisfaction Moderated Transformational Leadership on Teacher Performance (Case Study Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang). The population in this study were teachers Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang totaling 130 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method approach statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science. The results showed that the Personal Awareness has an influence on Teacher Performance. Life satisfaction affect teacher performance, Transformational Leadership Teachers have an influence on performance. Transformational leadership does not moderate Personal Awareness of the Teacher Performance, Leadership Transformational Life Satisfaction moderate influence on Teacher Performance.
