Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of teachers' commitment to the performance of teachers, professional competence influence on teacher performance, and the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance. And also examine whether the moderating influence of transformational leadership commitment of teachers on teacher performance, as well as whether transformational leadership moderating influence on the performance of the professional competence of teachers. The research was conducted at the junior high school Dukuhseti District of Pati regency, junior high teacher sample of 102 teachers using census or population studies. The data collection distributing questionnaires, using a Likert scale questionnaire with a modified model of 5 scale. The analysis technique used is descriptive validity and reliability, normality test, heterokedasitisitas, R2 and F model test, test and test hypotheses moderation. The result of this research is the commitment of teachers does not affect the performance of teachers. Professional competence is not significant to the performance of teachers and transformational leadership on teacher performance is not significant. While moderating influence of transformational leadership commitment of teachers on teacher performance. Transformational leadership does not moderate influence on the performance of the professional competence of teachers.
