Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect Ownership Structure, Capital Structure, Size and Pricearning Ratio on firm value. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2013 period totaling 43 companies. Technical analysis of the data, using the classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous ownership structure, capital structure and price earning ratio have significant influence with a positive direction, and the size of the company with a significant effect on the negative direction Firm Value Keywords: Ownership Structure , Capital Structure , Company Size , Price Earning Ratio , Firm Value
