Abstract
This study is to determine what factors affect the performance of employee performance at Departement of Cooperative and SMEs in central Java province. The population in this study are all the employee of Departement of Cooperative and SMEs in Central Java Province. Sampling was conducted with a census. The sample in this study is intended as representative of the population to be studied, totaling 60 (sixty). The data were then processed and analyzed by using the computer program of SPSS 20 for Windows. Regression test results showed that : Several conclusions can be drawn as a result of this study are as follows , Empowerment significant positive effect on motivation , Leader Member Exchange positive and significant effect on the motivation , Motivation positive and significant impact on performance , Empowerment positive and significant effect on the performance proved , Leader Member Exchange positive effect and significant on performance, Motivation mediates the influence of empowerment on performance, Motivation mediates the influence of Leader Member Exchange on performance.
