Abstract
This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and the quality of work life of teachers on job satisfaction moderated transformational leadership style in SMA Pekalongan. The population in this study is a civil servant teachers of SMA in Pekalongan that amounted to 113 people. By using method porphose sampling amounted to 113 people . The analysis technique used validity and reliability, normality test, Heteroskidastity, F Test, R2 Tes, and hypothesis testing The results showed that ; Emotional Intelligence and significant positive effect on job satisfaction of state high schools teachers in Pekalongan District;Quality of work life and no significant positive effect on job satisfaction state High School teacher in Pekalongan District; transformational leadership style is positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of state high schools teachers in Pekalongan District;the style of transformational leadership does not moderate or amplify the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of state high schools teachers in Pekalongan District; transformational leadership style does not moderate or amplify the influence of Quality of work life on job satisfaction of state high schools teachers in Pekalongan District.
