Abstract
The study aims to find and analyse the influence of psychological capital on performance through organizational competence and commitment of the employees of PT. Triangle Motorindo Semarang, Indonesia. The study was conducted on 100 respondents from 244 of employees of PT. Triangle Motorindo Semarang with a questionnaire. Data is analysed by using linear regression analysis method with the test of mediation effect in statistic program of SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Science).The findings of this research indicate that psychological capital affect positively and significantly to competence; psychological capital affect positively and significantly to organizational commitment ; psychological capital affect positively and significantly to performance; competence affect positively and significantly to performance; organizational commitment negative and significanty to performance. Organizational commitment not mediate the effect of psychological capital on performance. Keywords: psychological capital , competence, organizasional commitement , performance .
