Abstract

This study examines the Influence of Servant Leadership and Job Characteristic to Nurse Job Satisfaction Mediated by Person-Organization Fit (PO Fit) Case Study General Hospital Dr. Soeselo the District Tegal. The population in this study were nurses General Hospital Dr. Soeselo the District Tegal totaling 190 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method approach statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The data analysis method used was the validity, reliability and linear regression to test mediation. The results showed that servant leadership influence on Nurse Job Satisfaction. Job Characteristic influence on Nurse Job Satisfaction. Person- Organization Fit (P-O Fit) mediated servant leadership to Nurse Job Satisfaction.Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) mediated Job Characteristic to Nurse Job Satisfaction.
