Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the influence of dimensions psychological capital to the organizational commitment in mediation by professional commitment to the teachers of vocational high school in pati regency. This research was conducted against teachers at SMK Negeri in Pati regency as many as 331 people. Based on calculations by the formula Slovin obtained a total sample of 181 samples. Data analysis using matrix components of validity test, reliability test with Cronbach alpha, multiple regression analysis, t test and r2 with adjusted r-square.The survey results revealed that self-efficacy does not influence to the professional commitment of teachers. Resiliency gives positive influence on the professional commitment of teachers. Optimism gives positive influence on the professional commitment of teachers. Self-efficacy gives positive influence organizational commitment of teachers. Resiliency does not influence on organizational commitment of teachers. Optimism does not influence to the organizational commitment of teachers, which means teacher. Professional Commitment positive influence on organizational commitment, meaning teacher. Professional commitment not mediate because of the influence of self-efficacy on the commitment of professionals. Professional commitment not mediate resiliency against organizational commitment. Optimism mediate professional commitment to organizational commitment. Keywords: Self-efficacy, optimism, resiliency, organizational commitment and professional commitment.
