Abstract
Absorption of the budget at the Youth and Sports Department of the Central Java province has not met the targets set . Indicated condition is influenced by several factors, including : ( 1 ) the delay in administering the financial statements , ( 2 ) the technical capability of operational financial manager employee is limited, ( 3 ( tendency election program in a personal or individual , this experiment aims to analyze and describe the influence of administration , competencies , and the organization's commitment to the realization of budget absorption at the Youth and Sports Department of Central Java province . the design of the study using a quantitative approach to the analysis of regersi linear regression. the results showed that the factor administration negative effect significantly to the realization of budget absorption , competence and commitment of influential organizations significant positive towards the realization of budget absorption .
