Abstract
This study aimed to infestigate the influence of Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement to employee performance with the mediation Organizational Citizenship Behaviour the Secretariat of Batang Regency. In this study sampling using Purposive Sampling is the sampling technique with a certain considerations. So the number of samples in this study were 137 respondents. The research proves to correctly describe the relationship of Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour is 58,6 % of the performance of the employee and the other at 41,4 % defined for variables outside the model. The results of the regression analysis states that Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour positive effect to employee performance. The test results of mediation states that the direct effect Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement to employee performance more effective than mediation Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.
